April 2020 marks the 19th anniversary of Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) and the focus is empowering everyone to put consent into practice with the theme “IAsk”. Sexual violence does not stop because of a virus, so even with Covid-19 restrictions in place, the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MCASA) is providing numerous awareness and prevention tools for the community to use.
